When and how you can request a refund for your subscription

1. Overview

TradeSlayers is a SaaS subscription platform for automated market notifications. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your notification subscription.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans). To be eligible: - Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your first payment date - This applies to first-time subscribers only - The guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals

3. Subscription Renewals

After the 14-day guarantee period, subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests case-by-case for: - Charges made after confirmed cancellation - Duplicate charges due to technical error - Service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours

4. Free Plan

The Free Plan involves no payment and is not subject to this policy.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]" Please include: - Your registered email address - Date of purchase - Reason for refund request - Transaction/invoice ID (found in your receipt email) We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and provider.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
