TradeSlayers provides a SaaS subscription service that monitors market technical indicators and delivers automated WhatsApp notifications to subscribers. Our platform monitors market conditions and delivers automated notifications via WhatsApp and our web dashboard. Our services include: - Automated technical indicator monitoring (RSI, MACD, moving averages) - Real-time market condition notifications via WhatsApp - Interactive notification management dashboard - Notification configuration assistant - Historical market data and charts TradeSlayers does NOT provide: - Financial advice or investment recommendations - Buy or sell recommendations for any asset - Portfolio management services - Brokerage or exchange services - Any regulated financial services

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our authorized payment processors. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. Subscription plans: - Starter Plan: $9.99/month - Pro Plan: $29.99/month - Enterprise Plan: $99.99/month Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available at https://www.tradeslayers.com/en/refund-policy.

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not: - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service - Use the service to harm, threaten, or harass others - Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content without permission - Use the service for any commercial purpose without our consent - Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the service

THE INFORMATION AND NOTIFICATIONS PROVIDED BY TRADESLAYERS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF ADVICE. TradeSlayers is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. We do not hold any financial services license in any jurisdiction. You acknowledge that: - Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile - Past market conditions do not predict future conditions - Any decisions you make based on our notifications are entirely your own responsibility - You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TradeSlayers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. MARKET DATA IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY NOT BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADESLAYERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. THIS INCLUDES ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON OUR MARKET DATA OR NOTIFICATIONS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeSlayers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your access to or use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
